How do I request a grooming appointment?
Use “Request a grooming slot” on our Grooming page. The short form collects your details and prepares a WhatsApp message. Send it to discuss availability and confirm your appointment.
What if I’m not sure which service to choose?
Choose “Not sure yet” in the grooming enquiry form. Tell us about your dog’s coat and handling needs, and we’ll help you choose.
How is the grooming price decided?
Package prices depend on weight and coat length. Coat condition and handling needs can also affect the plan. Fixed add-on prices are listed in the salon menu.
How long does grooming take?
The salon menu gives an approximate duration for each service. Size, coat condition and your dog’s comfort can affect the time needed.
Can I request a very short haircut?
We’ll discuss a suitable length after assessing your dog’s coat, skin and maintenance needs. Read “Why not cut shorter?” in the Grooming page’s coat-care section for our approach and the exceptions.
